Digital Marketing Intern

Description

The Digital Marketing Intern is a part-time temporary role that would assist the Demand Generation Team. Your role will serve as support for the Organic Marketing Manager, focusing on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) across our managed websites.


You will assist in day-to-day account monitoring, website page testing and optimization, lead reporting and tracking within Hubspot, and other tasks as assigned by the Organic Marketing Manager to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the Stax websites.



Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Assist in analyzing website performance data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement in conversion rates
  • Maintain Organic Media testing log and carry out A/B tests
  • Create keyword and content suggestions and pivots for performance KPIs
  • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices to improve organic search rankings and results
  • Backend website work and simple webpage edits on WordPress

Requirements

  • Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet forward-thinking and able to challenge the status quo
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ideally some experience with website-building tools (WordPress, blogs, etc.) or a quick learner
