Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our Global Influencer Marketing team for a 4-6 month period. This role involves managing the start-to-end process of photographing, listing, pricing, and shipping items listed on Depop on behalf of our high-profile talent. There is also potential for further responsibilities across other work streams within our marketing team.
The Influencer Marketing Assistant should have an understanding and interest in culture, fashion and social media, with strong knowledge of global celebrities and influencers. Ideally you should have some experience with photography, some knowledge across the Influencer & Celebrity sphere, Merchandising, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate would have experience with and be confident using the Depop app.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Global Influencer Marketing Manager with the Managed Accounts program; organizing and managing Depop shops owned by prominent global Influencers and Talent. The program aims to increase brand awareness amongst our target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Photography & Editing:
• Ability to take high-quality photographs of clothing items. Edit and enhance images to ensure they are visually appealing and suitable for listing.
• Listing & Pricing:
• Accurately list items on our platform, including writing detailed descriptions.
• Research and set competitive prices based on market trends and brand guidelines.
• Logistics & Shipping:
• Organize correct storage and maintenance of items
• Coordinate the packaging and shipping of items to buyers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage inventory and track shipments to ensure a seamless process.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in maintaining organized records of all transactions and communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the Global Influencer Marketing Manager as needed.
• Weekly reporting to the wider team.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Opportunity to assist in cross-functional marketing initiatives and projects as required.
Requirements:
• Ideally previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
• Identify and pitch new and existing talent to collaborate with
• Strong knowledge of Gen-Z and Millennial culture, and the individuals at the forefront of it.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level navigation of the Depop platform.
• Proficiency in photography and photo-editing software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce is a plus.
• Social media enthusiast, champion of influencer and internet culture.
• Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat, Twitch etc.
• Strong interest in resale, streetwear, vintage, fashion and other relevant communities.
• Ability to manage shop fulfillment including packaging and shipping of items in bulk.

Flexible Working
MyMode is our hybrid-working model, designed to empower our employees to choose a working mode that works for them. MyMode is composed of 3 working modes: Flex, Office Based and Remote.
● Flex: we'd love you to head to your nearest Depop office once a week, but feel free to work from home the rest of the week.
