In this role, you will oversee and manage Houston corporate office operations such as supply orders, package/mail logistics, and help facilitate corporate meetings. Additionally, you will support senior market leaders by managing their schedules, market communications, expense management, data analysis, and project planning while also offering strategic insights and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth operations. This role will require the individual to carry out special assignments and detailed requests with minimal supervision to effectively organize and provide operational leverage for our leadership team.
*Must be willing and able to commute in person Monday – Thursday to the Houston Corporate Office, with the option to work remotely on Friday (depending on business needs).

Experience to drive change:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a relevant field required
A minimum of three years of executive administrative support experience including heavy calendar management, travel coordination and expense management.

Proven project management skills evidenced by the ability to effectively coordinate multiple vendors and resources, internal and external client relationships, meeting deadlines and adhering to established budgets.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver quality outcomes while effectively managing multiple competing priorities
