Growth Manager, Velocity Team - job 1 of 2
We are seeking a talented Growth Manager to join our velocity team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative strategies.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and techniques
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design and execute on Sumo Logic’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy
- Drive product trials and refine product-market fit
- Perform data analysis and lead experimentation and testing
- Enhance user engagement and retention through cross-functional collaboration
- Relentlessly self-educate on emerging technologies and adopt a test-and-learn mindset
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
Benefits
- Base salary range $90,000 - $105,600 plus Variable compensation
- Participation in bonus or commission plans
- Eligibility for benefits offerings and equity awards
