Job Description

The Tribe Voice & Messaging is responsible for the design, development, planning, validation and operation of all voice and messaging platforms in DT Technik's fixed and mobile network over their entire lifecycle. We provide innovative, reliable state-of-the-art services to our cellular- and landline-based customers.


Our teams work in an agile way in our Agile Delivery Framework. As an Agile Expert, you will advise and coach agile teams in challenging constellations/environments and managers in the introduction and application of agile methods, values and principles and enable teams to continuously develop agile skills.

Qualifications

  • Expert-level proficiency in Atlassian Jira
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Certifications are a plus.
  • Experience coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices and principles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
