Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at Tavus, your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting API requests, diagnosing production issues, and providing actionable solutions for our customers. When troubleshooting API issues, I typically start by replicating the problem to understand its context. I investigate request logs to identify any errors or misconfigurations, and then I review the corresponding documentation for any potential misalignment. Communicating effectively with the client is vital, as understanding their use case helps in formulating the right solution quickly. After resolving the issue, I document the steps taken to assist with future similar occurrences.
