TEKsystems' client is looking to add a Support Engineer to their team. They are looking to add someone that will be assigned to supporting overall IT operations for the largely engineering focused user base. In addition to supporting Windows users they will be supporting other applications like 0365 suite as well as some unique engineering applications for users too. MUST have solid networking skills as this person will be the main IT Site Owner for a team of 125 end users. Configure routers/switches, Wireless Access Points (WAP), network monitoring, server administration, tier 1-3 tech support, etc.

Typical Day to Days:
- Helpdesk support within the escalated ticketing queue, network & server administration.
- Supporting different applications
- Supporting specific engineering applications for the user base
- Will be fully dedicated to supporting the engineer and design teams

- Not super structured right now, but looking for someone that likes process improvement and contributing to building SOP’s.
Required Background:
- 6-8+ years of total IT experience
- Bachelor’s or associate degree within IT
- Quick learner, creative thinker when it comes to problem solving
- Excellent teamwork, working with others
- White glove experience ideal, but great customer service mentality
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge within Windows & MS 0365
- Networking protocols, configure routers/switches, monitor networking, etc.
- Hardware component troubleshooting
- Expert level troubleshooting and investigation of technical issues
- Strong customer service and experience working with customers on issues
Preferred experience with following tools:
Active Directory, Windows 10/11, ServiceNow, Azure, Office 365, Autopilot, etc.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
