This exciting role involves being at the heart of Camp Fort Worth and the Mobile Recreation Programs, where you'll supervise and engage kids aged 5-13 in a variety of fun activities – from arts and crafts to sports! As a Sr. Camp Leader, your friendly demeanor and enthusiasm will help foster a safe and enriching environment, encouraging children to stay active and engaged. You'll develop lesson plans, facilitate educational and recreational activities, and ensure that the campers have a fantastic time while learning essential skills. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring less experienced staff and stepping in to resolve any issues that may arise. Attendance at a week-long orientation is required, which will set you up for success for the camp's operation from June 9 through August 1.
