Sales Consultant - Part Time

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on people's lives? Join our team at Good Feet Midwest, an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America's #1 Arch Support Store. With 40+ locations across the Midwest and South, we're poised for remarkable growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3-5 years. 

Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

This position will support our Appleton, WI store.

Your Role:
As an essential member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. Our comprehensive training program ensures you'll confidently assist customers within weeks, with continuous coaching and development over your first 90 days.

What we offer:
  • Comprehensive training and onboarding program
  • Competitive salary of $26-30K annually based on a generous hourly rate plus commission
  • This is a part-time role (up to 24 hours a week, including weekends)

Working Hours Between:
Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM
Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM
Saturday contests and lunch incentives

Physical Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
  • Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
  • Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
