Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in creative strategy development alongside art directors, strategists, and performance marketers, bringing design insights to influence campaign direction.

  • Design performance-driven visual assets for organic and paid media (social media, display ads, and web) that align with client goals and KPIs.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to ensure creative strategies are aligned with performance insights and current design trends.

  • Take ownership of brand identity across client work, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.

  • Develop and present concepts that connect creative ideas to business goals, providing clear design rationale.

  • Create both static and light-motion graphics (e.g., GIFs, animated banners) that enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay on top of design and marketing trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment where ideas thrive.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases strategic, high-performance design solutions.

  • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite including Premiere, After Effects.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and brand identity, with a demonstrated ability to apply design principles strategically.

  • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers and strategists, to translate data-driven insights into creative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Tinuiti Bonus Based:

The hiring salary range for this role is ($60,000 - $70,000) plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to (8%) of base salary. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay,  and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
