What you’ll do: 

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated CRM Data Analyst to contribute to TotallyMoney’s success by delivering data-driven insights, developing end-to-end tracking funnels, and supporting the test and learn feedback loop for the CRM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, a collaborative outlook and a commitment to continuous improvement. 

Your role will be within the larger Data team, and your time will be fully allocated to the CRM team.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

Data Analysis & Insights 

  • Analyse customer behaviour and engagement metrics to inform CRM strategies. 
  • Analyse the results of CRM tests, condense learnings and suggest improvements to the CRM strategy based on said learnings. 
  • Develop and report on full, end-to-end funnels from CRM (mainly email & push notifications) all the way to monetisation. 
  • Develop customer segmentation models to optimise targeting and messaging. 
  • Conduct deep dives into campaign performance (email, push, SMS) to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. 
  • Identify opportunities to reduce churn, increase repeat engagement, and monetisation from CRM. 

CRM Optimization & Performance Tracking 

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track CRM performance against OKRs and KPIs. 
  • Work closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to enhance personalisation strategies using transactional, behavioural, and demographic data. 
  • A/B test CRM campaigns and optimise send times, content, and frequency based on data-driven insights. 

Data-Driven Strategy & Collaboration 

  • Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer journeys and lifecycle communications. 
  • Leverage predictive modelling and machine learning techniques to enhance targeting and automation. 
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to improve data quality. 
  • Data Quality & Governance: Complying with data quality frameworks to ensure reliable and accurate data.  
  • Upholding compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations while supporting robust data governance practices.

Interview process:

  1. Screening call with our People Experience Manager
  2. Take-home SQL test assessed by the Director of Data Insights
  3. 30-40 min interview with Head of CRM
  4. Final interview with Director of Data Insights and CEO
