Valet Client Relations Specialist

TransWest is looking for a Valet Client Relations Specialist to join our Red Carpet Valet Hospitality team in Seattle!

Reporting to the Hospitality Operations Manager, the Valet Client Relations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the valet event sales process. They will communicate with clients, prepare proposals, and book private event services in partnership with the Valet Operations and Hospitality Client team. Additionally, they provide administrative support to the broader Hospitality division, ensuring we provide our clients with exceptional customer service.

The Valet Client Relations Specialist is the first and last impression for our clients, and they are a key player in developing and nurturing relationships. Through effective verbal and written communication, they will positively affect the success of our valet client relationships.

*This is an in office role at our headquarters in Seattle (SODO)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming emails and inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Develop new and current client relationships, providing first-class customer service and support.
  • Track private event bids through the booking process, work with clients on event logistics, and assist with day-of operational plans.
  • Partner with the Valet Operations team to ensure the success of each event, coordinating permits, equipment, and any other necessary resources.
  • Assist with private event billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation, partnering with the Client Relations Manager and Finance team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Hospitality division including filing, data entry, damage claim support, and reporting.
  • Implement and complete additional projects, programs, and initiatives that will improve valet event operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Level Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales or client operations experience preferred
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Required daily in-office presence

Pay rate: $27-32/hour DOE
