Required Education and/or Experience:
MS in Electrical Engineering (ME) or related fields.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
PhD Electrical Engineering (ME) or related fields;
Teaching experience at the College or University level.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate electrical & computer engineering courses. Instruction may be delivered on-campus during day and/or evening;
Manage the class syllabus and ensure that the syllabus meets program, school and college standards;
Prepare lesson plans, essential learning goals, and assignments;
Encourage active learning through discussion topics, group work, projects, etc;
Provide feedback and grade assignments in a timely and thorough manner;
Establish office hours to provide additional assistance with student questions;
Performs other duties relevant to the position as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to use various computer software programs (e.g., Blackboard Ultra, Google Suite, Zoom, Excel, etc.);
Communicate clearly and effectively.
