Responsible for managing Payer Performance team which includes underpayments, credits, refunds, contract modeling & Audits. With a focus on quality, productivity and results.  Holds department accountable through regular meetings, establishment of goals/KPIs and adherence to UC Health values. Maintains unit operations with consideration to corporate and governmental compliance, cost containment, employee relations and quality customer service.
