As a SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain with a strong focus on Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing, Financial Contract Accounting (FICA), and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with strategic goals and deliver efficient financial and operational processes
Business Analysis & Solution Design:
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP OTC functional specifications
Conduct gap analysis and identify required customizations for Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Accounting processes in SAP
Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions to optimize OTC processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications
Ensure compliance with financial and revenue recognition policies within RAR and FICA
SAP Functional Expertise & Implementation
Configure and customize Subscription Order Management (SOM), ensuring smooth order lifecycle management
Support Convergent Charging (CC) for flexible pricing, discounting, and rating model
Manage Convergent Invoicing, ensuring efficient billing, invoicing, and customer payment processes
Oversee Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) to handle accounts receivable, credit management, and collections
Ensure proper Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) configurations for compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
Testing & Deployment
Develop test scenarios, conduct UAT, and ensure quality assurance for SAP OTC solutions
Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with finance, sales, and logistics modules
Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements to SAP OTC functionalities
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in SAP OTC processes, with a focus on Subscription Billing and Revenue Recognition
Expertise in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing, FICA, and RAR
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and support
Strong understanding of order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition in SAP
Ability to conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
Nice-to-Have:
SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification or experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, SAP Workflow, etc.) for OTC process improvements
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment with distributed teams
