Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Department Manager the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Department. Performs clerical duties as well as medical record review and performance improvement activities. May include ordering supplies and equipment. The ordering process entails receiving both manual and automated purchase requests from hospital departments and entering them into the Materials Management system for processing creating and sending purchasing orders.Minimum:
