Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

 

The Eligibility Supervisor at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican will oversee the Ryan White Program Part A (RWPA) Eligibility Team, ensuring efficient and compliant eligibility determination and renewal processes for people living with HIV in Clark, Nye, and Mohave counties. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of Eligibility Specialists, as well as Eligibility Support Staff at multiple Wellness Centers and community outreach locations.

Qualifications

Minimum:

 

High School Diploma or Equivalent

One year of supervisory experience in a healthcare or community services setting

Good written and oral communication skills

Proficient in use of computer, including internet research and Microsoft Office

Ability to organize, coordinate, train, and supervise a team

Certified as a Nevada Community Health Worker Level 1 within 30 days of appointment

 

Preferred:

 

Background in customer relations, call management, information and referral, or related field that includes phone skills and public speaking

College degree
