System Administrator

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a System Administrator to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Administer and manage servers, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and containerized systems
  • Install, integrate, and maintain applications, CI/CD pipelines, and database systems
  • Apply patches, automate administrative tasks, and ensure system and network security
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
  • Administer Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, messaging systems, and SharePoint environments
  • Monitor system performance, perform backups, and manage disaster recovery
  • Maintain SAN infrastructure, web services, and documentation
  • Analyze and resolve incidents in collaboration with developers and front-office administrators
  • Provide on-call standby support for critical systems

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in System Administration
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with ITIL practices
  • Solid understanding of server and storage hardware
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux operating systems
  • Hands-on with Microsoft virtualization solutions, Azure, and cloud computing platforms
  • Familiarity with server applications Experience configuring Microsoft ADFS
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Argo CD)
  • Proficiency in scripting
  • ITIL Foundation certification is desirable
  • Εxcellent use of the English language (verbal & written)
