Hiring a junior project coordinator for a client in Tampa within the facility service/govt industryLocation: Tampa 33618; in-office 3-4 days/weekDuration: 6 month contract-to-hirePay: $24-26/hr and will roll to $50,000-53,000 + client's benefits and pto planResponsibilities:• Coordinate project activities with customers, vendors, and internal personnel to ensure timely project delivery within the prescribed budget.• Compile and organize project documents such as Method of Procedures, access requests, service reports, and quality assurance forms under the guidance of maintenance division managers.• Maintain frequent communication with customers and vendors via phone, email, and hardcopy documents, ensuring full competence in these communication methods.• Provide guidance to customers and vendors, resolving issues as they arise.• Manage a portfolio of facilities services projects, ensuring maintenance and upkeep of systems such as electrical, mechanical, physical security, and general facility systems.• Prepare and deliver reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in similar field or equivalent years experience• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination style role• Experience working with cross-functional teams• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient in project management software such as full MS Suite, Salesforce, Jira
