As a Business Development Representative for ValGenesis, you will be the first interaction with prospects. Your mission is to engage with them over phone and email to deliver answers, information and ideas on how they can use ValGenesis products within their organization and then prepare those prospects for their first engagement with sales.

Each eligible lead will have you coordinating pre-demo meetings with our regional sales team, ensuring that everything you communicate aligns beautifully with our goals of empowerment and support. You will also play an essential role in updating our marketing and sales systems, ensuring our databases are accurate and helpful for our diligent sales team. Your collaborative efforts with marketing will contribute invaluable insights about lead quality, helping us refine our strategies further. To succeed in this phone-centric role, you should be fluent in both English and German, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive on your proactive approach to sales strategy.
