- Lead a team of Proposal Leads in generating commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with senior leaders to develop strategies for procurement.

- Manage multiple procurements and improve proposal creation efficiency.
- Oversee knowledge management and develop subject matter expertise.
- Propose innovative technology approaches to enhance proposal quality.
- Conduct data-driven reviews of team performance.
