The Job

We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Writer to join our Marketing dream team. You’ll report to the Sr. Content Writer and play a key role in bringing our product to life through high-quality, short and long-form material for our fast-growing SaaS business. From top-of-funnel content for creatives, to BOFU campaigns for enterprise buyers, you’ll help us tell a clear, compelling story — and keep everything sounding like LucidLink. We want someone who can roll up their sleeves, write with personality, and make complex ideas feel easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write top-notch content that informs, engages, and converts — including blogs, customer stories, web copy, landing pages, emails, and more.

  • Translate technical topics into clear and conversational copy and content for creatives and enterprise teams alike.

  • Collaborate with Product, Enterprise and Growth Marketing Managers to help bring content strategies and campaigns to life across the buying journey.

  • Help maintain our tone of voice across all touchpoints.

  • Support content operations: uploading posts, organizing the content library, and working with freelancers when needed.

  • Keep our content fresh and findable through SEO best practices, updates, and content hygiene.

  • Stay on top of industry trends to inform your content and keep audiences engaged.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills. You love words, and you know how to use them to inform, persuade and connect.

  • 3-5+ years of proven writing experience in B2B SaaS or a tech-related field. Experience writing for enterprise buyers is a bonus.

  • Strong storytelling and editorial instincts — you care about structure, tone, and flow. Most importantly, you can get inside your audience’s mind and write with empathy.

  • Experience managing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment.

  • Confident working independently, but collaborative, open to feedback, and always looking to improve.

  • Comfortable with the tools of the trade: from CMS platforms and Google docs, to using AI tools to work smarter.

  • Please share three pieces of work you’re proud of. It could be blogs, guides, customer stories, website copy — anything that shows how you think and write. 

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
