  • Responsible for Cardinal product elements, capabilities, and core functionality.
  • Assist in the onboarding, training & acclimation of new team members into the Technical Product Management (TPM) team.
  • Serve as primary SME & initial escalation point for TPM team, helping drive the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional department leads, senior stakeholders & leadership to identify and implement necessary process & technology improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in strategic direction of the product and the platform. Serve as an escalation point for product functionality inquiries and production support.
  • Define product requirements for new features and/or products and provide transparent communication to relevant parties on product decisioning.
  • Communicate key messages and engage effectively with many diverse functional stakeholders through the product lifecycle.
  • Represent the product and the organization to external stakeholders, by presenting in business reviews, supporting client calls, and participating in marketing engagements.
  • Actively seek customer and market input and data as a source of product innovation.
  • Manage one or more direct reports aligned with product vertical.
  • Position reports to the Mentor, OH office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
