As part of our dynamic US Client Marketing team, the Business Operations Manager will lead the financial operations for US Marketing Services. Marketing Services, a growing sector within our company, delivers exceptional value to our clients through a range of services, from marketing advisory to campaign execution, achieved through our close partnerships with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) and sales teams.
Within our US Marketing Services Business Planning and Operations (BPO) team, our focus is on supporting our Client Marketing teams by sharing best practices, developing training and communication materials, and advancing key strategies to drive business growth, along with ensuring efficient operating processes. This unique role requires problem-solving expertise, excellent communication skills, and executive presence. A strong desire to drive improvement in how marketing propels our business forward is essential. Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 2+ years of relevant experience with a PhD.
• Experience in Marketing, Finance, Consulting, or Research is preferred.
• Superior analytic and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyze financial models.
• Strong process orientation, ability to create processes from scratch and to identify and drive continuous improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to partner with all divisions of Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, comfortable managing spreadsheets, devising formulas, creating pivot tables, and performing data analysis, while also building executive presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to build relationships and earn the trust and rapport of partners at multiple levels.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and quick to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, driven, resourceful, innovative, curious, positive, and proactive – always looking for ways to do things better.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $132,300 to $172,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
