About North America Product & Solutions 

We are looking for a Design Lead, who is passionate about using design to drive successful product incubations and launches in North America. In this role, you'll be a core member of our regional Solution Design team, working alongside a team of product managers and researchers to bring new and early-stage products to life the North America market.

 

Your design expertise will help inform key decisions throughout the product development process, ensuring that Visa is designing products that users want. This role will work across key strategic product lines within Visa such as digital, e-commerce, risk and identity, BNPL, and more.

 

Essential Functions

  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs that are used to accelerate the speed and qualify of products incubations in North America
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools
  • In partnership with research colleagues, conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams such as client-facing staff, legal, pricing, strategy as key stakeholders in the design process
  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and keep Visa at the forefront of digital innovation
  • Support the North America Product business as required, including but not limited to executive presentations, client briefing center activations, and RFPs
  • Act as a design evangelist within the North America Product organization
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
