Job Description

  • Experience with Workday Core HR Operations (Human Capital Management), Talent Acquisitions & Onboarding, Payroll & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Mobility, Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Domain Security configurations. 
  • Experience with Workday integrations (Inbound EIB, Outbound EIB, Studio, calculated fields, and advanced custom reports)
  • Familiarity with utilizing Workday API documentation to build technical design documentation for both Workday integrations, Production Support teams, and for non-Workday technical teams.
  • Workday Core Connector and Effective Change Interface experience strongly encouraged (CCW, CCB, WECI, PECI, PICOF).
  • Proven experience working with technologies such as XML, XSLT, XPATH, SOA, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, Report-as-a-Service, REST Web Services and Web technologies.
  • Capable of diagnosing system errors from log files and translating into technical errors into business actions.
  • Able to respond on the internal and external audit inquires.
  • Verify and update Applications Service items within Visa Configuration Management to ensure quality and accuracy of the data managed in Visa Configuration Management database and under the responsibility of the role.
  • Establish and manage the connections between the Application Service (inherently to the Business services) and the IT infrastructure used to run the application.
  • Should have good experience in Corporate Technology or a similar HRIS function including experience in production support.

 

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
A minimum of 2 years of experience in application support
Ability to multi-task
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to learn new applications quickly
Proficient in IT Configuration Management processes
Experienced in generating reports, creating configuration items, and conducting Application criticality rating reviews using ServiceNow
Comprehensive knowledge of Business Capabilities, Business Applications, Application Services, Middleware Infrastructure, Service Offerings, etc
Capable of collaborating with customer stakeholders such as Business Application Owners and Infrastructure CI owners
Well-versed with ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, SDLC, Asset, and Change
Capable of effectively managing multiple priorities under pressure
Excellent problem identification, analysis, and resolution skills
Proven ability to quickly absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies, and practices
An active listener, customer-focused, relationship builder, and team player
Possess a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to provide recommendations for current and future platforms
