The Opportunity:
As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will lead a world-class team of Engineers to define, drive and execute on a shared strategic vision for Payment Products. You will drive the development and integration efforts collaborating with technical partners to facilitate use cases, estimate project sizes, and manage timelines. You will lead a team of highly motivated and talented individuals that can collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and SMEs across the company on high impact Payment Product initiatives.
Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution
Work with product partners in developing road maps to provide compelling capabilities that helps them succeed in their business goals
Work closely with architects and senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
Instill best practices for software development, and deliver high quality work on tight schedules
Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes
Mentor & motivate junior team members.
Resolve team conflicts and keep team focused on the VISION.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
