Sales Executive, Lead Generation

The Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting and identifying opportunities to sell ACA Group (“ACA”) products and services. The individual in this position is talented, competitive, thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with sales leadership and maintain strong working relationships with other sales team members.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with prospects and clients to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Create prospecting plans to develop leads and referrals.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Understand and answer questions related to our products and services.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best sales practices when interacting with prospects and clients.
  • Achieve monthly goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Develop and continuously improve sales skills to increase conversion and success rates.
  • Successfully complete internal training programs with intention and desire to transition to outside sales.
     

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Possess excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and generate and advance qualified sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
     

To Qualify for the role, you will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation or commission-based sales.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business, finance or related field preferred.
  • Proficient or willingness to become proficient in the use of Salesforce or other CRM tools to assist with prospecting, tracking leads, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet preferred.
