As the Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support and enhance the implementation of tactical marketing campaigns that elevate the hotel's profile and profitability. You will play a key role in driving digital presence, executing brand-aligned content across channels, managing social media engagement, and coordinating public relations efforts.
This hands-on position collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. You will maintain digital platforms, oversee content creation, liaise with tourism boards and key partners, and track marketing activity performance, ensuring all campaigns are in line with budget and Accor’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Executing the hotel’s annual marketing plan and promotional calendar.
Managing and updating digital platforms including websites and social media channels.
Creating high-quality content for both digital and print distribution.
Handling paid media campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis.
Coordinating Accor Plus loyalty marketing submissions.
Supporting PR initiatives and internal communications.
Collaborating across departments and contributing to guest experience enhancements.
Monitoring trends in digital marketing and adapting strategies accordingly.
Providing administrative support, organising marketing materials, and attending relevant meetings.
Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
1 - 2 years experience in hotel operations or marketing roles.
Solid digital marketing expertise and social media management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hotel systems like Delphi and Opera is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
Collaborative spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
