Job Description
工作职责：
- 按照安排，保质、按时完成设计计算、绘图、设计报告等工作；保证设计成果符合规范、规定及项目具体要求；
- 做好设计的自校和修改；按照归档制度进行文件归档；根据项目需要，做好指定的设计校对工作；对所承担的设计负责到底；
- 参加培训工作，主动提高业务水平；
- 完成上级指派的其他任务；
任职资格：
- 学历要求：建筑工程以及相近专业，本科或以上学历；
- 外语要求：流利的书面表达能力，大学英语四级及以上；
- 具有1年以上结构设计工作经验；
- 应届毕业生，重点院校本科毕业优先；
- 了解本行业主流结构计算软件并熟练应用AutoCAD绘图软件,PKPM/ETABS/SAFE结构软件及常用办公软件office等；
- 责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

As an Assistant Structural Engineer at AECOM in Shenzhen, China, you'll be diving into a world of innovative infrastructure solutions that make a real difference. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct structural design calculations, create detailed drawings, and prepare design reports, all while ensuring that everything meets industry standards and project specifications. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering top-notch results on time and within budget. A key part of your role will be self-reviewing and modifying your designs to ensure accuracy, as well as archiving essential project documents according to established protocols. We highly value ongoing education, so you'll also participate in training opportunities to sharpen your skills. A college degree in civil engineering or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of one year of structural design experience. New graduates from prestigious universities are encouraged to apply! Familiarity with industry-standard structural calculation software and proficiency in AutoCAD, PKPM, ETABS, and SAFE will be part of your toolkit, enabling you to thrive in our fast-paced work environment.
