Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to assist the East Region Marketing Team. This will be a remote position and will be expected to support the Eastern Time zone.

This position is expected to begin in May 2025.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
  • Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study
  • Works under general supervision and collaboration with the graphics and marketing team

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business management, Marketing or related field. or similar discipline and must have completed at least 3 years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the Master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions.  Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous intern experience in a related capacity.
  • Understands marketing and communications
  • Hands-on experience / previous internship experience a plus
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and InDesign
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate within a team setting
