In the System Methods & Tools team, we ensure that the design offices of the system community have the most efficient and secure methods, tools and solutions to design the aircraft systems and manage their data, all the while ensuring harmonized ways of working across various design offices.
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for identifying product enhancement and implementing the product increments by managing backlog and defining the product roadmap, overseeing the daily development activities and validating the applications before delivery to business. As a member of the Systems Methods and Tools team you will put in place measures to ensure transversal re-use of the solutions across various design offices. Part of your responsibilities will be to understand the usage of the various applications interfacing with your application and ensure digital continuity and traceability of data. With the support from the System Methods and Tools team, you will also challenge the development team in terms of estimates and high level architecture.
You will develop your knowledge on the end to end A/C system development and have the opportunity to directly interface with A/C system design teams and product validation teams.

Your challenge:
In the systems methods and tools team, we are responsible for tools that support aircraft system development from concept development, to operational deployment and operations, until retirement. Throughout the lifecycle, as a member of the team, you will
Be connected to the state of the art in order to verify the utilization or reuse of the most appropriate solutions at the most appropriate cases to maximize value creation.
Adapt to, and promote, new ways of working whenever relevant, in collaboration with business users , IM architects and cybersecurity specialists , in order to promote security by design & data compliance in a closed-loop continuous development approach.
Identify the stakeholder for the M&T to be developed and capture their needs and expectations.
Identify the boundary of the M&T to be developed.
Elicit and validate requirements whilst considering the complete system lifecycle.
Design and define possible solutions, in collaboration with IS/IT specialists, considering the functions and other requirements (constraints).
Lead M&T modeling using appropriate modeling methods and tools.
Perform trade-off analysis in order to select the best solution fulfilling the requirements.
Define and manage the requirements from interfacing applications.
Lead verification of the implementation and its interfaces.
Lead operational and in-service evaluation.
Lead impact analysis of any design change request during the entire M&T product lifecycle.
Your boarding pass:
Experience in system design is a plus
Degree in Engineering or Sciences
At least 5 years of experience working as Product Owner in an industrial environment
Soft skills:
Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
Exposure to the product owner role is a plus (roadmap definition, needs maturation and backlog management).
Managing multiple clients and managing the prioritization process.
Basics of system engineering knowledge.
Any experience and/or knowledge in the System development is a plus.
Positive and open mindset.
You like to work in a transnational team.
Good communication skills in english (spoken and written)
You believe in having fun while delivering responsibly
Ability to adapt fast to new environment, including new technologies Strong team player
