The Housing Coordinator contributes to AHF by providing administrative support, assisting with leasing up and showing available units. This role will assist with room preparation, updates and status changes on Appfolio, other reports and Salesforce. This role will also provide front desk coverage for on-site managers when they are moving in tenants or taking care of building concerns. The ideal candidate for the Housing Coordinator is proficient in Excel and has prior leasing experience.

 

The Housing Coordinator enhances the repuation of AFH by adapting to various situations with ease and by being flexible. It is important to be personable and approachable to all circumstances.

The Housing Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to help coordinate the tenant applications processing, move-in process, as well as assisting with emails and all calls regarding applications status.
