The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Product Data Analyst to join us. This role is crucial in driving our product-led growth strategy by providing deep insights into user interactions and product performance. You will be responsible for setting up robust metrics, building insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize our product and achieve our business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Metric Definition and Implementation:
  • - Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and business impact.
  • - Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to establish clear and measurable goals.
  • - Own and manage KPI reporting for the product function and provide regular updates and insights to leadership performance.
• Dashboard Development and Reporting:
  • - Ensure data availability, quality and consistency
  • - Turn complex product data into understandable and accurate insights 
  • - Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and key metrics and provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders via automated processes.
  • - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• User Interaction Analysis:
  • - Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement to provide data-driven insights to supporting product-led growth initiatives.
  • - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points through data analysis.
• Financial Analysis
  • - Develop models and frameworks to measure the financial impact of product features and improvements.
  • - Provide insights into the cost-effectiveness of different product strategies.
  • - Work with finance and product teams to accurately track and report on product ROI.

Ideal Candidate's Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in SaaS analytics: mapping user journeys and understanding conversion behaviours.
• Stakeholder management: The role involves regular engagement with senior stakeholders, where the ability to articulate well-supported, data-based opinions is essential.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively about data and insights in the stakeholder language. 
• Cross departmental work: Ability to work effectively across departments including Product Management, Marketing, GTM, and Finance.
