As a Manager, Channel Marketing Strategy and Operations  supporting USVC,  you will be trusted to work on Partnering with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs/values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches and at our Fort Worth, TX location.  

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Partner with Channel Marketing, ESOP, and other key stakeholders by providing investment optimization recommendations, resources and best practices for executing promotional spend effectively
  • Develop quarterly presentations for Key Accounts to communicate category insights, brand messages, and business results to customers.
  • Provide operational and project management support for Channel Marketing team, possible examples include campaign targeting, ASSIST program management, content development, customer event planning support.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to develop & maintain marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) norms and dashboards, clearly defining project requirements, monitoring and communicating performance
  • Support monthly reporting and quarterly OQRs
  • Establish and maintain integrated marketing activities calendar
  • Lead annual channel landscape review
  • Provide ad-hoc support for time-bound strategic projects

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.
  • Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.) 
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience within marketing, analytics, or project management. Healthcare and commercial organization experience a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing required, Masters degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, oversee timelines, drive clarity, and challenge assumptions
  • Proficient in Excel with strong data interpretation and data visualization skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and to influence without authority
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt stories/messages to audience needs
