As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of targeted lifecycle initiatives, marketing campaigns and transactional communications that enhance customer engagement and drive retention.

Main responsibilities 

  • Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and web-notifications, while ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

  • Utilize our multi-channel CRM platform (Braze) to launch and manage campaigns, targeting various customer segments.

  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Finance, Content and Design, while leveraging a collaborative approach to enhance CRM initiatives.

  • Work with developers, content and design team to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns and transactional communications.

  • Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure flawless campaign execution.

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple campaigns, driving them to completion.

  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviors and hence build and suggest campaign enhancements. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.

Requirements 

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in CRM or digital marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Braze, but not mandatory.

  • Curious for new topics and critical thinking skills, while comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and taking responsibility.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and segmentation in order to drive decision-making. Knowledge and exploration of SQL is a strong plus.

  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

  • Enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment.
