• Develop and Maintain Landing Pages: Build, optimize, and manage high-performance landing pages for our applications using Next.js, ensuring they are visually compelling, fast, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content creators, product managers, and designers to translate ideas into engaging, conversion-driven websites.
• Implement Web Animations & Interactivity: Create smooth, responsive animations that bring landing pages to life and improve user interaction.
• Work with Modern Web Technologies: Utilize Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Framer, and GSAP to build scalable and maintainable web solutions.
• Leverage SSG & ISR: Optimize performance and SEO using SSG (Static Site Generation) and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) in Next.js to serve fast and efficient pages.
• Ensure Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and troubleshoot landing pages across different browsers and devices to ensure a consistent experience.
• Monitor and Improve Web Performance: Analyze page speed, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and Next.js Optimizations to refine and enhance landing pages.
• Maintain Clean, Scalable Code: Follow best practices in coding, version control, and documentation to ensure seamless development processes.

• Next.js & React Expertise: Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with a track record of building high-performance web pages using SSG, ISR, and Server Components.
• UI/UX-Focused Mindset: A keen eye for design and usability, ensuring every landing page is visually stunning and easy to navigate.
• Styling & Component-Driven Development: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, CSS Modules, and other modern styling techniques.
• Webflow & Framer Experience: Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools to leverage for rapid prototyping and implementation.
• Responsive Design Mastery: Ability to create seamless experiences across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Animation & Interactivity Enthusiast: Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie to enhance user engagement.
• Performance Optimization Skills: Understanding of Lighthouse audits, Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, lazy loading, and Next.js optimizations.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: You can interpret user behavior and analytics data to make informed improvements.
• Detail-Oriented & Problem Solver: Ability to catch small issues that others might miss and proactively find solutions to challenges.
• Code Quality Advocate: Passion for writing clean, modular, maintainable, and scalable code that’s easy to extend.
• Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration..

The Recruitment Process

    5. Team Interview: Meet with the founders to discuss your vision, aspirations, and how we can grow together.

    6. CEO Interview: A one-on-one conversation with our CEO to discuss alignment on vision, culture, and long-term goals.

    7. Final Decision: We’ll get back to you within a few days with our decision.
