We’re looking for an experienced SDR Manager to join our Sales team as we experience high growth. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s leadership team.
🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here
Ensure the SDR team achieves targets for pipeline and opportunity creation.
Hire, train, and coach SDRs to achieve their quotas and develop their careers.
Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on growth initiatives to meet company objectives.
Report on team performance and forecast to senior leadership.
Improve team effectiveness and efficiency by optimizing processes and systems.
Continue building our library of prospecting resources for the SDR team.
Represent the Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders of other departments.
🌟 What You Bring
At least 4 years of sales experience as a top performer between SDR, AE, team lead, or management roles in a startup environment.
At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
Experience with both an inbound and outbound sales motion in an AE or SDR role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience developing business in new markets through research, prospecting, and relationship building.
Ability to analyze and leverage sales data to optimize the sales funnel and drive team performance.
A strong leader who inspires their team to do their best work.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tech tools.
Strong work ethic.
Strong financial acumen, experience in financial services a plus.
Track record of accountability, including holding others accountable.
