Job Title: Data Entry Professional


Job Description

The Data Entry Professional will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our data is reliable and up-to-date, supporting various departments in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Follow data entry protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Other duties as needed.

Work Environment

The role operates in an office setting with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM (flexibility available). The candidate must be comfortable walking between Suite A and Suite E and potentially driving to the Nandino location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
