Hiring an Administrative Coordinator in Monticello, NY!

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional front desk and over-the-phone customer service to tow drivers, auto auction customers, individual customers for insurance purposes, and anyone looking to salvage their car. In addition, the candidate will handle entering car information into the system, completing filing, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk customer service to various clients.
  • Offer over-the-phone customer service to tow drivers, auto auction customers, and individual customers.
  • Handle inquiries related to car salvage and insurance purposes.
  • Enter car information into the system accurately.
  • Complete filing and data entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support including copying and filing paperwork.

Work Environment

The role is based in a recently opened Monticello location with room for growth.

The candidate will work in a small office setting from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

The dress code is business casual. The position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the car industry and learn about various insurance organizations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
