Job Description

We are looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst to support our team in resolving tickets, managing Oracle/ServiceNow queues, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will escalate issues requiring second-level support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and provide training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

Resolve tickets and manage Oracle/ServiceNow queues.
Provide support to internal and external customers.
Escalate issues requiring second-level support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes.
Utilize metrics to enhance training and provide tools to improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
Experience with ticket resolution.
Knowledge of 1099 forms.
Vendor setup and research analysis skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Oracle experience is a very strong plus.
ServiceNow experience is a nice to have.

Work Environment

This role is part of the AP 'Support' team, which consists of six individuals. You will report to the AP Support overseer, who reports to the AP Manager. The team handles supplier setups, ticket resolution, vendor support, and other customer service tasks. They manage 2500-3000 invoice requests through ServiceNow per month. The company has around 120 employees in Accounting/Finance at their corporate HQ in MN, with a total of 22-25 people in the Accounts Payable group. The office has a hybrid work model, working in the office three days a week, with Tuesday through Thursday preferred during training and work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
