Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team in India. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing our marketing technology stack, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. You will be a key player in enabling our marketing team to achieve its goals and contribute to Atlan's overall success.
What will you do? 🤔
Marketing Technology Management: Own and manage our marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tools, intent data platforms, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness, including lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
Lead Management: Optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes to improve lead conversion rates and sales pipeline.
Campaign Operations: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, and paid advertising.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, including data privacy and email marketing best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors, ensuring service levels and contract compliance.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for marketing processes and technologies, and provide training to marketing team members.
What makes you a great match for us? 😍
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations within an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment. Familiarity with the data domain is a strong advantage.
Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). HubSpot certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization platforms).
Proficiency in building reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.
Excellent understanding of lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
Experience with various marketing channels, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, and paid advertising.
Solid understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with intent data platforms and attribution modeling is a plus.
Familiarity with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Experience implementing and managing marketing technologies.
A passion for data and a desire to drive marketing performance through data-driven insights.
