As Quantum Technical Manager, you will manage a team of approximately 5 direct reports who are working to translate fundamental atomic physics to a scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computer. Day-to-day responsibilities range from project management, infrastructure development, budgeting decisions as well as technical mentoring and individual contributions.

The base salary range for this position is between $175,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a bonus plan and incentive stock options for equity in the company.
