The Solutions Group is an industry-leading provider of RFID solutions, branding and embellishment solutions, data management and identification solutions, and pricing and productivity solutions. Its business provides physical and digital labeling to the global apparel, food and general retail industries. The products and technology optimize customers’ on-product branding and engagement with consumers, and enable item visibility and traceability throughout a product’s lifecycle.
You will provide total rewards business partnership to the businesses in South Asia and Middle East, with individual and group compensation matters, and collaborate with the regional total rewards team to deliver on various core processes, including annual surveys, market benchmarking, job pricing, salary planning and annual compensation administration. You’ll also support various global compensation processes or projects supporting our full enterprise.
What You’ll Bring:
A passion for total rewards, strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data, and 8+ years of related compensation experience. A bachelor’s degree in HR or business, and functional area certification or equivalent (e.g. CCP, CBP) a plus.
The Total Rewards Consultant will directly support the Solutions Group businesses in South Asia and Middle East with individual and group compensation matters and participation in core total rewards processes.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage the annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, sales incentives, equity) and benefits renewal process in the regions, while continually optimizing these processes.
Conduct annual market pricing and employee analysis for the supported countries.
Research best practices, understand business needs, and implement Total Rewards programs that align with the strategic people plan.
Provide consultation and technical advice to HR management and business leaders on C&B policies and programs in the regions.
Support the organization’s pay transparency and pay equity processes.
Responsible for implementing global initiatives, including policy amendments and communications, in the regions.
Collaborate with Global Workforce Operations (GWO) on survey participation in the regions and other ad-hoc C&B matters.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
8+ years of related compensation experience.
Functional area certification or equivalent (e.g. CCP, CBP) a plus.
International exposure is a plus.
Accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Self-directed with critical thinking ability.
Ability to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.
Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work to balance various competing responsibilities.
