As a Residential Camp Facility Supervisor at Avid4 Adventure, your primary responsibilities include ensuring that all camp buildings and group sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will perform regular cleaning tasks, document the cleanliness progress, identify any safety hazards, and respond swiftly to emergencies. Additionally, you'll participate in weekly site walk-throughs with the leadership team to assess needs and maintain records for the camp's preventative maintenance program.

To qualify for the Residential Camp Facility Supervisor position at Avid4 Adventure, you must be at least 18 years old and ideally have prior experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work. You will also need to obtain Basic/Community First Aid and CPR certifications prior to the camp start date, ensuring you’re prepared to handle any emergency that may arise during the camp sessions.

The starting wage for a Residential Camp Facility Supervisor at Avid4 Adventure is $15.55 per hour. Compensation may vary based on your role, additional responsibilities, relevant certifications, and staff tenure. Room and board is available at a deduction of $100 weekly, which includes all meals during your time at camp.
