This position will work Weekends. *Specialties* Short-term recovery, Senior rehabilitation care, Long-term services, Physical therapy Memory care

  • RN Supervisor Qualifications:*
  • Active RN license
  • Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
  • Familiarity with CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience in training and enhancing clinical competencies.
  • Track record in implementing risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision, preferably in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
  • RN Supervisor Responsibilities*
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
  • Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
