This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.
We are looking for a strategic and innovative UX Researcher who is passionate about uncovering user insights and translating them into impactful design decisions. In this role, you will focus on competitive analysis, pulling inspiration for projects, and setting up and running usability tests or interviews. You will collaborate primarily with the UX design team, including content management, to provide foundational research and ensure designs are user-centric and impactful.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and driven by understanding user needs. If you are passionate about uncovering insights, guiding strategic decisions, and influencing design with research-backed data, this role is perfect for you.
The primary focus will be on qualitative research methods, competitive analysis, user testing, and synthesizing insights to drive impactful design decisions.
