In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and backend engineers—to bring visually engaging and inclusive applications to life. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, accessible web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and product requirements into seamless UI/UX experiences.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, reliability, and accessibility through robust testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility, ensuring inclusivity for all users, regardless of ability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in frontend development and blockchain technology.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning culture that encourages growth and development.
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Svelte, or Vue.
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Vuex).
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
A growth mindset and openness to learning new technologies—if you don’t have all these skills yet but are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply!
Involvement in building crypto wallets, exchanges, or other financial software.
Exposure to blockchain technology, smart contracts, or web3 tools such as ethers.js, wagmi, or web3.js.
Experience working with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js) to create insightful and interactive user experiences.
Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and backend integration.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience building inclusive, accessible user experiences.

Pay range is $150,000 - $175,000. Salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the target minimum and maximum for the role across all U.S. locations. Actual pay is determined by location, skills, and relevant experience.
