The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Financial Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join their team in Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst supporting the high visibility KC-46 Tanker program.
A successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is capable to collaborate effectively to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Additionally, a successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and a proven capability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Reviews Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
Performs maintenance and improvement of financial reporting tools and dashboards
Supports compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Makes recommendations to senior level management on financial performance projections and financial assessment position using financial and business knowledge and experience
Builds relationships and collaborates across multiple business and financial stakeholders to generate solutions and drive business results
Reviews preparation of contractual cost reporting deliverables (IPMDAR, CSDR, etc.)
Supports the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Supports the Estimate to Budget Baselines
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
1+ years of experience in finance-related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis
1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel
1+ years of experience budgeting and forecasting experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 2: 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and best practices
Knowledge of the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and capability to work under tight deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Summary pay range for Level 2: $68,850 - $93,150
Summary pay range for Level 3: $85,000 - $115,000
