Our Ricmond, VA office is looking for a Project Coordinator who embodies this purpose:

 

What You'll Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Dive into supporting an energetic engineering team and our projects through coordination of logistics, while acting as a liaison to our clients
  • Have a hand in almost every aspect of our projects from start to finish including research, report compilation, submittal preparation, permit application filing, and invoicing
  • Be a partner to project leadership by providing administrative support with documentation, correspondence, meeting preparation, and expense reports
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards YOUR vision

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years' of administrative support experience, preferably supporting project-based work in a professional services environment
  • The ability to learn quickly, a self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • A passion for providing an outstanding client and team experience
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company

Total compensation will be determined by other considerations such as experience, qualifications and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings.
